The titles “Rechtsanwalt” / “Rechtsanwältin” (Attorney at Law) respectively were awarded to the members of the firm by the responsible Ministry of Justice on the basis of Federal German legal standards, after the successful completion of the second state law exam and a special admission process by the chief justice responsible for their respective court district.

• Professional Code of Conduct – Berufsordnung der Rechtsanwälte (BORA),
• Regulations for Certified Expert Lawyers Specialized in Certain Areas of Law – Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO),
• Federal Lawyers’ Fees Act – Gesetz über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte (RVG),
• CCBE Code of Conduct for European Lawyers – Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Gemeinschaft (CCBE-Berufsregeln),
• Act Governing the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany – Gesetz über die Tätigkeit europäischer Rechtsanwälte in Deutschland (EuRAG),
• Professional rules regarding anti-money laundering laws – Berufsrechtliche Ergänzungen zum Geldwäschebekämpfungsgesetz (GWG)

Online Dispute Resolution platform and Consumer Conciliation Procedures according to
Art. 14(1) of the ODR-Ordinance and Sections 36 and 37 of the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters – Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG)

On application, the local bar associations in Munich will mediate in case of disputes between Kanzlei Forssman and the client pursuant to Section 73(2) no. 3 and Section 73(5) German Federal Code for the Legal Profession – Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO).
